Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Paralegal (Document Review) in Yonkers, New York. As a Paralegal, you will be integral to a team operating in the vibrant law industry, where your responsibilities will include managing legal documents and maintaining case management software.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the review and isolation of relevant documents in relation to legal notices.
• Utilize your skills in Adobe Acrobat, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Excel to optimize work processes.
• Handle complaints with professionalism and in accordance with industry standards.
• Administer claims, drawing on your previous legal experience.
• Brief team members on case updates, utilizing your strong communication skills.
• Use the Relativity management system to track and manage legal cases.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate records, demonstrating your attention to detail.
Requirements

REQUIRED / IDEAL SKILLSET:
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for document creation and editing tasks.
• Experience with Case Management Software to effectively manage legal cases.
• Knowledge of LexisNexis for conducting comprehensive legal research.
• Experience in drafting Briefing documents and reports.
• Knowledge of Relativity for e-discovery in legal cases.
• Proven experience in Document Review, including analyzing and summarizing legal documents.
