Robert Half Customer Service Representative in York, Pennsylvania
Description
We are looking for a friendly customer-oriented service representative to sit on-site at our facility in York, PA. In this role, you will serve as the frontline of support to ensure our employee’s experience is a positive one. You must be patient, empathetic, and capable of managing your time efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Respond to employee inquiries and concerns through emails, calls, and the internal ticketing system
Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting the best solution to solve the problem, and escalating unresolved problems.
Maintain detailed records and up-to-date employee files
Work with the team and the management to stay up-to-date about new products, services, and policies.
Deliver a seamless and positive experience with every interaction.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a customer service role.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Higher education degree is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage complaints professionally.
Proficient in MS Office Application and knowledge on CRM software is a plus.

Your knack for problem solving and ability to work within a team setting are vital aspects of the role. Previous experience in a consumer-facing industry is a significant advantage.
