Description
We are in search of a Director of Finance & Controlling to join our client based in York, Pennsylvania. This role entails strategic and operational strengthening of our finance and controlling functions. You will be collaborating closely with the global headquarters, providing hands-on support, and leading the finance functions at 2 locations. Travel will be required to both plant locations in PA.
Responsibilities of the Director of Finance role:
• Oversee and ensure the accuracy of financial operations, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and sales controlling automation
• Oversight on financial aspects, including financial analysis, reporting, and control, in line with international GAAP
• Develop and implement an integrated finance strategy.
• Lead cash flow analysis and implement improvements while ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for audits and financial authorities
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years experience in a global manufacturing setting
• Prior accounting leadership experience
