Robert Half Medical Data Entry Clerk in Youngstown, Ohio
Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Medical Data Entry Clerk in the Manufacturing industry, based in Youngstown, Ohio. This role will be fully remote, providing service to new and existing clients in a digital environment. The job involves processing and maintaining data, resolving customer inquiries, and functioning as a key resource for client management.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications in a high-volume setting
• Maintain precise records of customer credit information
• Effectively manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues
• Use software applications such as Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook to perform data entry tasks
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Develop an expert level knowledge base for 340B account management
• Communicate effectively with clients and vendors of varying skill levels
• Stay informed about changes in 340B environment rules, regulations, and guidance
• Answer inbound calls as part of customer service responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with 340B Account Managers on client management tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience in high-volume data entry, numeric data entry, and computer data entry.
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.
• Experience in answering inbound calls.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
