Description

Robert Half is seeking an IT Manager with an extensive background in managing a global enterprise environment of data center technologies. We are looking for strong leaders who are passionate about getting stuff done and can oversee a team of 11 highly competent administrators and engineers. This role offers a generous benefits package including annual 12% targeted bonus.

Mentor and oversee team members

Lead activities supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide IT solutions.

Lead the integration of new technologies or IT initiatives.

Manage medium-to-large project budgets and be accountable for expenses.

You might be just who we’re looking for if you have . . .

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (IS). A Master's degree is preferred.

Ten or more years of professional IT and IS experience.

Global project experience.

A minimum of five years of management experience.

Broad knowledge of the fundamental technologies used by the enterprise.

A broad understanding of current core global business practices and how IT solutions support them.

A broad understanding of both IT and business unit strategies and how they are globally integrated.

A demonstrated ability to communicate information, ideas, procedures, and processes in a logical sequence and at an appropriate level.

The ability to effectively pull teams together from across the enterprise.

The ability to effectively understand underlying business needs of functional partners with the ability to anticipate and communicate solutions.

The ability to perform all essential job functions of the position with or without accommodations.
