Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for a recent college graduate looking for a Multimedia or Media Production Designer role in Zeeland, Michigan. This Media Production Designer role involves leading a variety of design projects within the media production industry, including graphic design, motion graphics, photo and video production, video editing, and social media content. This client is in an exciting industry of animal and reptile care, so the Multimedia Production Designer must be comfortable working with insects, reptiles, and small animals in producing content. Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee various design projects, including graphic design, animation, and video production.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for various platforms.

• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud suite to create and edit graphic designs, animations, and videos.

• Develop and design brochures and other promotional materials.

• Update eCommerce and Amazon listings with product photos and videos

• Generate video content to be used across various platforms.

• Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary.

• Process customer applications and maintain accurate records.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

• Collaborate with the marketing coordinator on different projects.

Requirements

• Possess at least 1+ years of experience in a multimedia production, graphic design or videographer role.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and WordPress.

• Demonstrable skills in Animation, Graphic Design, and Video Editing.

• Experience in creating promotional videos and social media content.

• Proven ability to design and produce video content.

• Adept at working with various digital platforms and tools.

• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team setting.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Maintains a "figure it out" mentality and can work with little direction.

• Possess a degree in Design, Multimedia, or a related field would be advantageous.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Ability to work onsite in office 5 days per week required.

• Open to continuous learning and upgrading skills as per industry trends. Emersed in pop culture and knows social media trends.
