Description

A growing company, located in Zionsville, has an immediate opening for an Accounting Specialist. This position is FULLY in office, M-F. This is a contract role that could have the opportunity to go permanent, for the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and managing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintaining and updating customer credit records

• Resolving customer credit inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking necessary actions to collect delinquent payments

• Understanding and having hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Invoicing and reconciling accounts

• Creating reports and gathering necessary data from various sources

• Using Microsoft Excel for various tasks, including understanding and creating formulas and pivot tables

• Entering invoices and managing customer invoices.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus

• Ability to perform Account Reconciliation

• Experience in entering invoices

• Knowledge in handling Customer Invoices
